Location: Watsonville, CA

Rate: 100-110/HR

Must have good communication skills both oral and written
Must be able to work high level executives and drive client to the best enterprise solution
Must be able to lead presentations and demo's remotely and on-site with clients
Must understand all technical aspects of Workday including but not limited to, authentication, integration platform and types, security, API's, custom reporting and limitations of each
Must be able to perform on site training when requested
Must be able to travel 25% minimum both domestic and international
Must have understanding of functionality within Workday

years technical consulting, system implementation and technical lead experience
Understanding of enterprise implementation architecture design
Java, xslt, data warehouse, Authentication methods, Human Resources, Big Data Analytics and API experience a plus.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or relevant field of study.
Previous experience implementing HCM, Payroll, or Financial solutions or has deep HR, Payroll or Financial experience with a demonstrated aptitude for systems implementation.
Experience implementing Workday, Peoplesoft, Oracle or similar applications is preferred.
Previous consulting experience preferred, either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software organization.
Successful completion of the Workday HCM Services Core is a requirement of the role.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
