Job Description:
Summary We are in need of a warehouse and customer service person who can become part of the team as we continue to grow and scale.
This position is for someone who's excited to be part of a startup environment and can be hands-on in overall warehouse operations.
The Warehouse associate role deals with all warehouse activities, including shipping and receiving materials or goods, maintaining inventory levels for products and packing supplies, picking and packing daily orders, communicating with ops team for order fulfillment, and routine warehouse upkeep.
- Picks and packs both online orders and wholesale orders - Responsible for shipping of all orders (coordination & execution) - Maintaining inventory - Adjust orders in our CRM if necessary - Communicate with other customer service personnel to take care of any issues with order - Inventory reporting - Unloading and loading of containers/merchandise.
- Assist in keeping common work areas clean on a daily basis.
- Perform facility maintenance tasks and warehouse project related activities as assigned.
- Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned.
Requirements Must be able to lift over 50lbs Basic computer skills (answering email, filling out spreadsheets etc.
