ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Social Media Management:
Oversee brand social publishing across all platforms, collaborating with team leads to ensure day-to-day and long-term execution.
Content Calendar Management:
Maintain and manage social media calendars to ensure a consistent and engaging posting schedule.
Copywriting:
Craft compelling and concise copy that resonates with our target audience across various social channels.
Data Analysis:
Deliver valuable social metrics and contribute to data analysis efforts, providing insights to improve campaign performance.
Brand Integrity:
Uphold brand values, compliance, and safety standards across all social media platforms.
Reporting:
Ensure timely and systematic reporting across digital entities to track progress and measure success.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with the production team and influencer partnerships manager to create original brand content and curate relevant content for supplementary Facebook and Instagram posts.
Content Feedback:
Provide constructive feedback and evaluate proposed social content from the production team.
Product Campaigns:
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop engaging campaigns for new product launches.
Cross-Departmental Integration:
Advocate for best practices, optimization, and efficient collaboration between Digital Marketing and other departments and key stakeholders.
Stay Current:
Stay at the forefront of the digital space by monitoring emerging digital media tools, trends, and applications and applying this knowledge to enhance online engagement and expand the user base.

Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of popular social platforms and stay informed about emerging trends in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
Data Proficiency:
Showcase excellent data tracking, analysis, and project management skills, including proficiency with social content management systems (CMS).

Proven ability to interpret metrics and use data-driven insights to determine program ROI, subsequently refining ongoing initiatives for optimal performance.

The estimated annual pay for this role is $65,000 to $80,000.
