We are a steadily growing company that contracts with several food processing facilities from coast to coast.
We send our crews out after hours (graveyard shift) to make sure the facility machinery is sparkling clean, shiny & spotless, and ready for the next days' food products to be made.

Oversee multiple site staffing schedules to ensure labor is managed within budget.
Conduct frequent site visits to ensure safety practices and company procedures are being followed.
Meet short/long term objectives through developed effective business processes and leadership.
Strategically plan, budget, review, and oversee all aspects of the region's expenses, including labor, equipment, training, employee engagement, etc.
Work directly with various department leadership including human resources, safety, finance and continuous improvement.
Manage current and future sites strategically to ensure growth initiatives are executed successfully and on-time.
Lead company's quality management processes, ensuring strict adherence to quality metrics on a continuous basis.
Work closely with the continuous improvement team to optimize site performance.
Provide leadership to site management through coaching, guidance, and on-the-job training to ensure alignment with the business's key strategies.
Be a key leadership representative to our customers, participating in on-site and virtual meetings.
Foster positive working relationships with all levels within the company.
Develop and maintain relationships within the industry and participate in applicable industry organizations.
Promote a strong continuous training culture, focusing on innovative ways to deliver and validate training.
Promote innovation and creative solutions at a senior leadership level.
Foster positive employee relations, teamwork, and ensure employees are treated fairly and equitably.
Set budgets and manage costs in line with budgetary requirements and financial policies and procedures Support, recommend, and implement continuous improvement initiatives and foster compliance with quality requirements in accordance with company, state and federal guidelines.
Cultivate well-trained workforce, including support of performance-management, career-development, and succession-planning initiatives.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of direct sanitation experience, with progressively increasing responsibilities.
Food safety education or training.
PCQI Certified preferred.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Teams.
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
Experience in writing and managing Standard Operation Procedures and work instructions in Dozuki, Scribe, or other similar platform is a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS:
The position is 25% seated work, 75% standing, walking, and moving.
Employee may occasionally bend, kneel, and squat and must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
