As a key member of the senior leadership team and the companys principal legal executive, the Senior Vice President & General Counsel will anticipate and navigate risks and opportunities that arise in legal, governmental, and community settings in key geographies. Working with the senior management and, where appropriate, outside counsel, the Senior Vice President & General Counsel is to carry out an integrated approach that would include contract negotiation, oversight of the protection and enforcement of the companys intellectual property, and management of claims and litigation, overseeing environmental, social, food safety, and regulatory compliance, international trade matters, government affairs and corporate governance.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
